Research is vital for improving patient care. Knowledge gained through research helps us to understand our patients better, develop better treatments and to tailor the right treatment to the right patient. Dr Selinger believes that active research will improve his patients' care now and in the future. As a Honorary Senior Lecturer at the Univesity of Leeds he is comitted to clinical research and medical education.
